Staff are outstanding and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Internet access is adequate but not great. Outside my rooms window there was an intermittent noise that sounded like something (a loose piece of exterior molding perhaps) was vibrating in the wind against the wall. Not a real issue but odd and somewhat noticeable on occasion. Overall a good stay. Thank you, would come back.
Update: the noise was coming from the window itself which was buffeting from the wind. Wedged a creamer packet between it and the slide, problem solved. read less

The rooms are always clean.
Check in/out is an easy process.
It's near JBLM main gate and is close to lots of amenities!
They even offer use of the gym located in the same building as them. (They give guest passes to the gym.)
