We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly thoughtful, kind, and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire environment was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was as good as it gets for this caliber of hotel—perfect to start the day right.
Our team has been holding conferences here for over 15 years, and this time was by far the smoothest and most convenient check-in experience we’ve had. The front desk staff were well-prepared, organized, and flexible with any last-minute changes, which made everything stress-free. When we encountered a small issue with a leaky sink faucet, the cleaning staff responded immediately, and the problem was fixed without delay. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated.
The hotel amenities were also a highlight! The pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind, and we loved the location for our 3-day conference. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and having a park and nearby trails for walking breaks was such a bonus. The quiet, peaceful community added to the overall positive experience.
We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to host a conference or just enjoy a relaxing stay. We’ll certainly be back! read less

We had an issue with our room, Kayla the front desk worker was so friendly and professional and quick to resolve the issue.
After the issues were resolved she took her time to follow up with me to make sure we were comfortable in our new room. She showed patience and grace as she was swamped with guests checking in and out and also tending to other guests.
Chalon the sales manager for the branch also followed up with me to make sure our experience had been resolved and we were satisfied with our stay
We have stayed in this hotel in the past and will continue to stay there in the future

This a good choice for our family of four on an extended vacation. No highway noise but quick access to I-5 read less

One of the most comfortable bed I’ve been able to sleep in. Far better than any of my recent experiences at Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, or Hyatt Place. Niva from front desk was excellent with our initial check in and later with our stay extension. It was so good we decided to extend it two more nights! Location worked wonders to move around Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia area and even to an Astoria trip. We are definitely looking forward to stay at BW Liberty again! read less

We are from the East coast and we were blown away by the amazing hospitality. The brightest shining stars at this facility is Miss Brandi the housekeeper! She brought a smile to my face every day and truly seemed to care about people! Being from the south and the military, I am used to nice people with manners and she exceeded my expectation for the West Coast folks! Thank you to Miss Niva for going above me beyond to make us coffee at 2:45am so we would not have to stop because we were leaving to catch our flight. The breakfast was delicious and different everyday! If we ever have the opportunity to visit the West Coast again we definitely will be staying here! One love ✌️❤️ read less

It's also next to the elevator, so be prepared. There was elevator issues, and the water went down while we were there. Those little issue did not ruin our day what so ever. They were very accommodating. The room was relaxing and comfortable. The property is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend! read less
